2000 – The Vision Begins: The Proprietor’s Journey
Mr. Shamsher Singh, a Postgraduate in Business Management and an Engineer, hails from a humble farmer family in Haryana, 100 km from New Delhi. Raised in the simplicity of village life, he gained deep insights into rural challenges—poverty, superstition, and lack of access to facilities. Inspired by the resilience and moral strength of rural communities, he committed his life to empowering artisans, farmers, and startups across India.
2002–2004 – Expansion Across Government Sectors
RDS Enterprises was born in a modest one-room office in Najafgarh, Delhi, equipped only with a government registration and a two-wheeler.
🎯 First Milestone:
The company received its first order from the Delhi State Police, supplying and installing furniture and a sound conferencing system at their training center. The project was personally overseen by IPS Officer Mrs. Kiran Bedi, who appreciated Mr. Shamsher Singh’s integrity and commitment.
2005 – Strategic Tie-up with NCCF (National Consumer Cooperative Federation)
Awarded a supply contract by the Central Government supply agency — enabling RDS to cater to pan-India departments with a range of goods and services.
2007–2013 – Growth and Infrastructure Development
🏢 Office Setup:
First furnished office established at New Ashok Nagar, just 25 km from the Prime Minister’s residence and near Connaught Place — well-connected with metro, railway, and communication facilities.
2015–2025 – Innovation, Recognition & R&D Excellence
