How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is processed, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Our delivery partners then ship the package to your address. If there is an issue with delivery or timing, they will contact you directly to resolve it.

We package all products in sturdy corrugated boxes. Each individual item is wrapped in protective bubble wrap, with additional cushioning for fragile items like bottles.

What is the estimated international delivery time?

We dispatch most orders within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Typical delivery timelines are:

  • International Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on the destination country)

Note: While most items are in ready stock, delays may occur due to customs clearance, high demand, or supply-chain disruptions. Large volume orders may also take longer to process, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days.

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments?

This can happen if different items in your order are dispatched from different warehouses or at different times. The total shipping charge will remain as communicated at the time of order placement.

What are the international shipping charges?

Shipping costs vary by destination. The following are indicative international express shipping rates per kilogram (subject to carrier rate revisions):

Other Terms and Conditions

  • All prices are Ex-Works, Delhi (India). Buyers may arrange their own pickup if preferred.
  • Buyers are advised to insure shipments against transit losses or damages. RDS ENTERPRISES is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses in transit, customs rejection, or improper documentation by the buyer.
  • Any special documentation or labeling required by the importing country must be communicated prior to dispatch. Our responsibility ends once the goods leave our warehouse.
  • We use sealed, leak-proof packaging to avoid damage or spillage during international transit.

Return Policy

RDS ENTERPRISES offers a 20-day return policy for all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement within 20 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The following guidelines apply:

  1. Incorrect Items Shipped: If we ship the wrong item by mistake, we will cover the full return and re-shipment costs. Please contact us immediately to initiate the process.
  2. Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return an item for any reason other than defects or incorrect shipment, you must bear the full cost of return shipping. Returns will be processed based on Razorpay’s return policy for payments made through their platform. Please ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Refunds: Refunds for accepted returns will be processed through Razorpay and may take up to 10–15 business days, depending on the payment method. The refund will only be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged Goods During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the process of returning the damaged product and getting a replacement.
